Synergy Gives Back

Synergy Gives Back allows us to continue making a meaningful and positive impact on our community throughout the year. The committee makes it a priority to give back to our community’s human-centered public health or education causes via donations, sponsorships, and volunteering.

Synergy Gives Back” is our company’s collective committee that works ardently, including throughout the pandemic, to support human-centered public health or education causes via donations, sponsorships, and volunteer activities. In 2022, Synergy provided $467,169 to charitable causes and nonpartisan social justice programs. Giving back is in Synergy’s DNA—it drives us to passionately serve SAMHSA’s grantees and constituents. We endeavor to make positive and tangible contributions to bettering lives—one program at a time.

Ongoing Initiatives

We believe that we have a social responsibility to make the world around us a better place. We’ve built ongoing relationships with various organizations that have the same passion for solving the challenges in the communities where we live and work. Below are a few ways that Synergy continuously showcases support for the community.

Sponsoring monthly pizza dinners for House of Ruth

Sponsoring weekly pizza parties for the children of So Others Might Eat (SOME)

Synergy has a long-standing relationship providing support to SOME since 2007. SOME, an interfaith, community-based organization, exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation’s capital.

Synergy staff provide resources and supplies, including a weekly pizza dinner, for the after-school tutoring and enrichment programs. Additionally, Synergy has provided families with Christmas presents, Easter gift baskets, and outings to local museums.
