Meeting Times:
Onsite registration for the 2009 School Leadership Program Project Directors and Evaluators Meeting will begin at 7:30 AM on February 25, 2009. The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM.

A room block has been arranged at the Embassy Suites Chevy Chase. *** The rooms are available on a first come first served basis until February 13, 2009. The room block will not be available after this date.*** When calling for reservations, please ask for the Project Directors Meeting / School Leadership block or use the reference code PDM to receive the meeting rate. All room and tax as well as incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual making reservations.

Meals
The Embassy Suites Chevy Chase offers a complimentary cooked to order breakfast for all hotel guests available from 6:00 – 9:30 AM and a Manager’s Reception each evening from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Basic coffee service will be provided during the morning and afternoon breaks. All other meals will be on your own. Attendees should request a meals and incidentals reimbursement from the grant for expenses incurred in attending the meeting.

The Embassy Suites Chevy Chase is accessible from any of the Washington area airports. It is approximately 8 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 25 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 36 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
