Aim Day One:    To present the current state of the art of Electronic Health Record Systems in the environment of health care reform, and the prospect of their utilization in the development of evidence-based research.

Aim Day Two:    To outline the ethical, legal and technical issues that will present as a national Electronic Health Records System comes online and approaches to addressing these and other logistical issues when bringing Electronic Health Record Systems into drug abuse treatment.
