A limited block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for speakers at the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Chevy Chase Pavilion, Washington, DC. The group rate is $209.00 per night, plus a 13.5 percent tax (a total of $237.21) for single or double occupancy. Rooms are available for the nights of December 7–9, 2008. Speakers should indicate their check-in and check-out dates when they register for the meeting, and SEI will make the hotel reservation for them. The hotel reservation cut-off date is Friday, November 7, 2008.

Train Station
- Union Station is 18 minutes (7 miles) from the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Chevy Chase Pavilion. Once you disembark from the Amtrak train, you can walk to the Metrorail within the same building and take it directly to the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Chevy Chase Pavilion. Take the Red Line toward Shady Grove and disembark at the Friendship Heights Metro Station. The hotel is right above the station in the Chevy Chase Pavilion Mall.
