Conference Venue
The conference will be taking place at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center, located at 800 Convention Place, Seattle, Washington 98101.  A complete listing of attendee information (everything from parking to entertainment) can be found by clicking here.

Hotel Accommodations
A block of sleeping rooms has been arranged at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel, located at 1400 Sixth Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101. Rooms have been made available for the nights of October 15-17, 2006 at the rate of $136 plus tax per night (or prevailing government rate). You may make your reservation online simply by clicking here or you may call the hotel at (206) 621-9000. Be sure to ask for the NIDA room block to receive the negotiated rate when you call.

A block of overflow hotel rooms has been made available at the Summerfield Suites - Seattle, 1011 Pike Street, Seattle, WA, 98101. The government per diem rate of $136.00 will be available through September 29, 2006.  Please call the hotel at (206) 682-8282 and ask for in-house reservations, be sure to mention the NIDA room block in order to receive the special negotiated price.

Ground Transportation
Taxi cab fare is approximately $30-$35 from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the downtown convention center area. Alternate transportation is available by Grayline Airport Express Shuttle Service. Hours of operation begin at 6:00 a.m. and run till 11:00 p.m. The cost of this shuttle service is $8.50 per person. Sheraton Parking
Sheraton Seattle Hotel Hourly Parking: 0-1 hours $10; 1-2 hours $11; 2-3 hours $13; 3-4 hours $15; 4-5 hours $18; 5 or more hours $28. The cost of an overnight guest $26.00.
