Steering Committee Meeting

If you are making a presentation at the NIDA Clinical Trials Network Steering Committee Meeting, please review these instructions and procedures. A reference copy is available for download.
SEI will duplicate and assemble into meeting folders committee and workgroup session materials (e.g., agenda, handouts, etc.) received by Wednesday, March 28. Please send all materials in files 20 MB or smaller to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to provide materials by the requested due date and wish to have materials distributed to session participants, you may be responsible for duplicating your materials. In this case, SEI, upon request, will provide you the registration count for your session.
All session rooms will be equipped with a laptop and LCD projector. If you require additional equipment, including those listed below, please notify Cheryl Brinkley at email@example.com as soon as possible so that a request can be presented to NIDA for approval.
SEI will preload onto session laptops all PowerPoint slides in files 20 MB or smaller received by Wednesday, April 11 at firstname.lastname@example.org. Larger files can be loaded onsite.
Please note that unless otherwise requested, SEI will forward all presentations to CCTN after the meeting for posting onto the NIDA LiveLink website. If you do not want your presentation posted, please inform a SEI staff person before the end of the meeting.
