Employee of the Quarter
(August 2, 2010) Silver Spring, MD—To honor the hard work of employees who support the efforts of Synergy Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) in providing consistent and innovative services to clients, SEI has selected its fifth Employee of the Quarter. Sean Randol, Senior Conference Manager for SEI’s Division of Conference and Peer Review Services, was recognized for going above and beyond expectations, consistently providing exceptional client service, demonstrating advanced technical expertise, exhibiting cooperation and teamwork, and offering creative approaches to tasks and problem solving.
Sean has been an integral part of SEI’s Division of Conference and Peer Review Services for more than 3 years. He has consistently enhanced SEI’s mission of excellence by creatively approaching problem solving and by constantly developing new ideas and/or processes. Sean not only regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty, but he also consistently impresses his supervisors and fellow division staff with how he handles clientele. Sean has been praised by multiple clients as well as the contracting officer’s representative about his work ethic and dedication to getting the job completed. This is particularly impressive based on the overwhelming amount of work he has had to accomplish over the past few months.
Employees are nominated each quarter by other staff members, who are required to provide a reason for nomination, including specific examples of noteworthy behavior or work ethic. During the nomination process, employees are also asked to describe what makes the nominee unique and to explain how he or she exemplifies SEI’s core values. Nominations are reviewed by the SEI executive team, and one winner is selected based on his or her proven ability to perform well in each of the categories listed above.
