Employee of the Quarter
(January 28, 2011) Silver Spring, MD—To honor the hard work of employees who support the efforts of Synergy Enterprises, Inc. (SEI) in providing consistent and innovative services to clients, SEI has selected its seventh Employee of the Quarter. Sabrina Roundtree, a Project Director and Senior Research Associate, was recognized for exceeding expectations and for consistently providing exceptional client service. In her role as Director of the SAMHSA CSAP Prevention Fellowship Program, Sabrina has successfully led all aspects of her project and because of her diligent work and attention to the needs of the client, SEI was awarded a fee for performance on the project. Ms. Roundtree goes above and beyond her position’s roles and responsibilities each day and she is an invaluable resource to the company.
Since joining SEI in 2009, Sabrina has exhibited a surfeit of knowledge in her many roles managing program activities that include curriculum design and development, Web-based training, and program evaluation. Additionally, her responsibilities include researching, coordinating, and monitoring the development and implementation of professional development modules, Web conferences, and Web dialogue tools for the Web portal. Her enthusiasm and work ethic are tremendous qualities that are of vital import to co-workers, clients, and to SEI itself.
Employees are nominated each quarter by other staff members, who are required to provide a reason for nomination, including specific examples of noteworthy behavior or work ethic. Nominations are reviewed by the SEI executive team, and one winner is selected based on his or her proven ability to perform well in each of the categories listed above.
