The conference registration fee includes all applicable sessions, continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and course materials, unless otherwise noted.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, money order, and purchase order. Payment must be postmarked by dates indicated above to ensure your registration is complete.
If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund of your conference fee, you must inform Synergy Enterprises, Inc. in writing via email to Kara Sokol at ksokol@seiservices.com or fax (240) 485-1982 by 5:00pm EDT on Monday, April 5, 2010. No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
