The conference registration fee includes all applicable sessions, continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and course materials, unless otherwise noted.
*Student: To be eligible, the student must be enrolled full time in an academic institution.
**Group: Group registration is available for 4 or more registrants from the same organization. All names must be submitted at the same time. Only ONE payment to cover all registrations will be accepted.
Please register the group contact person first. All registration information will be sent to the group contact person, who will then be responsible for distributing it among the rest of the group.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, money order, and purchase order. Payment must be postmarked by dates indicated above to ensure your registration is complete.
If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund of your conference fee, you must inform Synergy Enterprises, Inc. in writing via email to Kara Sokol at ksokol@seiservices.com or fax (240) 485-1982 by 5:00pm EDT on Monday, April 5, 2010. No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
