On-line registration is now closed.

You may still fax your registration form (available for download by clicking here) in to Synergy Enterprises, Inc. prior to 5:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, June 1, 2005.  Registration forms received by fax after that time will not be able to be processed, however, on-site registration will be available (please see below).


On-site registration will be open Sunday June 5, 2005 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm, and June 6 and 7, 2005 from 7:30pm – 5:30pm. Please note that the conference begins at 9:00am both Monday and Tuesday.  To beat the peak registration lines of Monday morning pre-registered individuals are encouraged to come on Sunday evening to pick-up materials.

Registration Deadline
The pre-registration deadline was 5:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, May 25, 2005. If you plan to attend but have not registered by the deadline, understand that on-site registration will be permitted if space is available.

Cancellation Policy
The deadline for refunds was also 5:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, May 25, 2005. Cancellations must have been received in writing via e-mail or fax and will receive full refunds prior to the deadline. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any refunds after the deadline.
