As in other fields of medicine, a gap exists in the drug abuse treatment field between clinical practice and scientific research. This unique 2-day conference provides an opportunity for clinicians and researchers

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, National Institutes of Health/Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences (NIH/FAES), and Wayne State University. The NIH/FAES is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

A CME/CEU/CE Information Booth will be staffed at the conference during open registration hours.  Attendees may address specific questions about continuing education, receive appropriate forms to be completed for individual organizations, and fill out signup sheets as appropriate.

For more information, check this Web site at a later date or speak with a staff member at the CEU Information Booth on the first day of the conference.
