Senior Staff
Prachee J. Devadas, President and CEO of Synergy Enterprises, Inc. (SEI), provides leadership, management oversight, and strategic planning and development for all corporate activities. In 2010, SEI was nominated for Contractor of the Year (category of revenues under $25 million) and Ms. Devadas was nominated for Executive of the Year by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Washington Technology, and the Professional Services Council. In June 2010, Ms. Devadas was lauded by President Barack Obama at a White House Rose Garden ceremony as a successful small business federal contractor.
Anand A. Devadas, Senior Vice President of SEI, has more than 20 years' experience in management and business development in the small business arena. He provides expertise in managing financial matters, including growth projections, revenues, and management of indirect rates and overhead expenditures. Additionally, he serves as a backup to the President, and oversees accounting department operations.
Christine Hartley, Vice President and Director of Conference and Grant Management Services, has more than 25 years of experience managing federally funded logistical support and technical assistance contracts. She provides supervision, guidance, and support for a staff of more than 35 planning and logistics specialists, grant review managers, and other professionals; manages project budgets; and collaborates with SEI's senior staff to develop and implement successful and effective marketing strategies and management practices.
Douglas Smith, Director of the Division of Information Technology, has more than 20 years of experience in application development, Web development, and technology and program management. He provides supervision, guidance, and support for a staff of more than 20 developers, designers, programmers, and other professionals; manages project budgets; and collaborates with SEI's senior staff to develop and implement successful and effective marketing strategies and management practices.
Roy Walker, Director of the Division of Assessment and Evaluation, has more than 25 years of experience managing programs that provide a broad range of evaluation, research, and training services. He provides supervision, guidance, and support for a staff of more than 35 researchers, analysts, evaluators, technical assistance specialists, and other professionals; manages project budgets; and collaborates with SEI's senior staff to manage effective marketing strategies and create and administer successful management practices.
Patrick Zickler, Director of the Division of Communications Services, has more than 25 years of experience in research, writing, and communications project management. He provides supervision, guidance, and support for a staff of more than 25 editors, writers, graphic designers, and other professionals; manages project budgets; and collaborates with SEI's senior staff to develop and implement successful and effective marketing strategies and management practices.
