Employee Awards and Recognition Program
We understand that Synergy Enterprises, Inc.'s (SEI) success and growth would not be possible without the dedicated and skilled performance of the entire staff, day in and day out. Also, we recognize that some staff members go above and beyond what is required of them. A few staff members make contributions that truly stand out. We are happy to acknowledge outstanding effort and accomplishment with the following awards.
Glen Fischer Award: Former SEI Vice President, Glen Fischer, was one of our company's first employees and a major contributor to our success. Although we lost Glen unexpectedly to illness in 2005, we have never lost touch with the principles and integrity he built into the solid foundation that supports SEI's continued growth and success. Equally significant, his spirit of generosity and community involvement continues to inspire SEI to give back and find ways to improve the quality of life for others. Through the Glen Fischer Award, each year we honor him by recognizing an employee who best represents the qualities and accomplishments that Glen valued: service to those in need, customer service, corporate stewardship, operational improvement, and professional development.
Special Service Award: Given to an employee who has provided more than 3 years of dedicated and loyal service to SEI and its clients; introduced innovative, cost-effective, and creative approaches for work performance; contributed significantly to SEI's growth in a specific service area; and gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Employee of the Year Award: Given to an employee for exemplary performance, continuous initiative, innovation and creativity, and cooperation and harmony.
Spirit Award: Given to an employee who demonstrates exceptional team spirit, is always willing to lend a hand, and demonstrates a willing and enthusiastic attitude.
Rookie of the Year Award: Given to a new employee who consistently demonstrates team spirit, serves above and beyond the call of duty, and creates amicable relationships across teams.
